Location was convenient and easy to find. Staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I cannot recommend this hotel.
To make matters worse, there were no rooms available when I arrived. This experience was highly frustrating and disappointing.

Great service and easy check-in process. Central location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The air conditioning system helped us stay cool in the hot and humid city.
Despite receiving confirmation several times, upon arrival we found out that no rooms had been booked for us. As a travel agent, I cannot recommend this service to my clients.
